All orders placed (except custom orders) will be processed and shipped withing 3-5 business days. Custom orders require additional time up to 2 weeks of fulfillment once artwork is received and order is placed.

If there is anything wrong with your order  please contact customer service first, DO NOT send it back until we have made contact. All items are hand made, made to order. Once purchased you have agreed to pay for the services of the hank being made. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: Custom garments, Custom ordered Hanks, lost or stolen only with exception
